Skirt Steak

Skirt steaks are great marinated and grilled. Slice it thin against the grain and serve over some cilantro rice or tacos...or both!

Indicate how many lbs you would like.  We will deliver as close as we can depending on size and cuts.  

All weights will be calculated after checkout.  We will round to the closest lb Depending on the size of the cut, we have available for what you request.  Differences will be refunded to you back to you.
